ANP: Atrial Natriuretic Peptide; CRH: Corticotropin-releasing Hormone; NA: Noradrenalin.

Keywords: Andrologie,  Neurotransmitter,  Schema,  Stress

Bradykinin, an important mediator of the cardiovascular effects of metallopeptidase inhibitors: experimental and clinical evidences
Bradykininmetabolismus
Journal of Clinical and Basic Cardiology 2001; 4 (1): 39-46
Bradykinin metabolism and its relationship with two other vasoactive mediators: angiotensin and natriuretic peptides. ACE, angiotensin-converting enzyme; AI, angiotensin I; AII, angiotensin II; ANP, atrial natriuretic peptide; APP, aminopeptidase P; AT1, angiotensin II type I receptor; AT2, angiotensin II type II receptor; BK, bradykinin; BNP, brain natriuretic peptide; CNP, C-natruretic peptide; NEP, neutral endopeptidase 24.11; NPR-A, natriuretic peptide receptor type A; NPR-B, natriuretic peptide receptor type B.

Keywords: Angiotensin,  Angiotensin,  bradykinin,  bradykinin,  metabolism,  Metabolismus,  Schema

Some observations and pathophysiological considerations concerning KATP-channels and coronary heart disease
ANP-Freisetzung nach Ischämie
Journal of Clinical and Basic Cardiology 1999; 2 (1): 15-18
Liberation of atrionatriuretic peptide after a short ischaemic episode (PTCA of LAD) in patients with coronary heart disease. The inset shows the concentrations of ANP in the coronary sinus. The curve with open symbols shows the ANP-concentrations of patients from the antecubital vene. The fast rise of ANP leads to peripheral vasodilation, coronary dilatation and elimination of volume by strong diuresis. These mechanisms are cardioprotective by reducing pre- and afterload.

Keywords: ANP,  ANP,  Atrial Natriuretic Peptide,  Diagramm,  ischaemia,  Ischämie
