Epidemiologie: Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene. Symptome: Diffuse Bauchschmerzen, Völlegefühl, Obstipation, auch asymptomatische Zufallsbefunde. Diagnostik: Unspezifische Bildgebung, Biopsie, spezifische histologische, immunhistochemische und zytogenetische Diagnostik (trilineare Markerexpression, Chromosomentranslokation). Therapie: Multimodale Therapie mit Chemotherapie (z. B. VAIA, VIDE), radikaler zytoreduktiver Chirurgie plus HIPEC (Doxorubicin, Cisplatin); eventuell Strahlentherapie und autologe periphere Stammzelltransplantation. Prognose: Ohne Therapie infaust, nach multimodaler Therapie bis zu 71 % 3-Jahres-Überleben.
