Kurzfassung: Eine individuell angepasste MHT unter Berücksichtigung der bekannten Kontraindikationen hat direkte vorbeugende Gesundheitsvorteile. Verbunden mit der Inzidenzreduktion eines Diabetes mellitus Typ 2 ergeben sich darüber hinaus weitere zahlreiche günstige Effekte.
